The final decision between myself and my instructor, with support from my academic advisor was to work outside of the learning
team environment for the remainder of this course.

Our individual assignment on WebCT was due last night. I really like the WebCT website better than Blackboard's. Blackboard's
is too fuzzy for me. I had a difficult time following their page flow. There was lots of redundancy, but the redundancy
was confusing to me and reduced the effectiveness of delivering the message.
Our discussion questions this week cover the topics of asynchronous delivery coupled with assessment & evaluation. Week
3 Discussion Question 3 intrigued me. I wrote quite a bit, drawing on other online universities that Mary and I have been
investigating. I also came up with some original ideas. As far as I know, some of what I wrote has not been proposed anywhere
else.
